Andrei Jiroh Halili cc9004b433 chore(global): install more deps and add debugging stuff for VS Code 
Also updated the gitignore file to ignore npm stuff if people chose to do `npm install` themselves.

Also in the commit, I updated the conventionalCommits.scopes key in workspace
settings for VS Code and the gitignore file btw.
