  warning when anti_aliasing is True and input array is bool in resize.
* In ``skimage/feature/__init__.py``, remove `register_translation`.

* When ``numpy`` is set to > 1.16, one may simplify the implementation of
  of `feature.blob_log` using the vectorized version of ``np.logspace``.
* Remove conditional import of ``scipy.fft`` in ``skimage._shared.fft`` once
  the minimum supported version of ``scipy`` reaches 1.4.
* When ``numpy`` is set to >= 1.16, simplify ``draw.line_nd`` by using the
  vectorized version of ``np.linspace``.

* Remove direct allocation of ``output`` from ``skimage/filters/_gaussian.py``,

  to 1.1.
* Remove '--verify-repo=none' in tlmgr calls in ``tools/travis/osx_install.sh``,
  when texlive 2020 is available.
* Once NumPy is set to >= 1.17, consider removing
  ``skimage.morphology._util._fast_pad``.
* When sphinx-gallery>=0.9.0, remove the thumbnail_size in
  doc/source/conf.py as the default value will be comparable (#4801).
